Out like a light!

After a day of taking pictures and shopping, Isabella had enough. This is how I found her, after we had finished unloading the car. She couldn't wait any longer for bed.

In case anyone was wondering, yes we have another thumbsucker. She doesn't suck her thumb near as much as Isabella does or did at this point. Isabella found her thumb at 2 days old. It took Emberli a few months to find hers.

I have an opinion, too

Baby girl loves to talk to us now. I guess she was trying to voice her opinion in this shot.

I was trying to get Emberli to lay her head down and fold her legs under her, and she had ideas of her own. I guess she would rather fly like Superman....I don't know where our kids get their stubborness from...hahahaha.

This is another idea I got from one of my photography websites. They original was of a newborn sleeping on the Bible with a white background. But, seeing as I can't take pictures for weeks after my kids are born due to the surgery aspect, I have to improvise. But this still turned out to be one of my favorites anyway.

Worth a try

I saw a picture like this on another website, so I figured I would try it. I think Emberli was too big by the time I got her back in the studio to try this out. But, hey it was worth a try.

I had lots of trouble with this blue background, the pictures all seemed so bright. But, Isabella's eyes just popped in some of these pictures, that I still liked them anyways.

Ready to Ride!

Isabella was so excited to get to play outside finally and try out her new scooter. She got all decked out in her elbow and knee pads and helmet. You know the garage is a dangerous place....lol.

St. Patricks Day

This is a picture from St. Patrick's Day. I guess Isabella took Emberli's shirt literal. She actually did kiss her.

Isabella found this chair and parked herself in it and watched Disney channel the whole time. She would not part from the chair for pictures, so this is how we coped. We learned from this experience and realized that we have to take her pictures first and then turn on the TV.

Future Hannah Montana

Isabella thinks she is Hannah Montana, that is a Hannah Montana microphone she is using and she is singing her Hannah Montana songs.

Studio Try #1

Here are some pictures of the girls in my first try using a studio. My friend Traci is kind enough to let us use her studio and her expertise when I need to. I am trying to find the best and easiest way to share pictures with everyone. If anyone wants me to email these pictures to them, just let us know.

I was just trying to figure out how to get pictures on here, and how to work different things on the blog page. Bare with me as I learn how to do all this stuff. I am working on new pictures I took this weekend of the girls. Hope to get those posted soon!

New blog

Well this is a new thing for me, so it will probably take some time to learn how to do things on here. Please be patient, but we wanted to try to find a way to keep in touch with family and friends near and far.
